THE STORY:

Log line: The Law of Other-earth commands the scarred and deformed to take the skin and body parts of the beautiful as payback for their exile.

Synopsis: Two tribes of the scarred and deformed wage a war over the Law of Other-earth, which commands that the skin and body parts of beautiful people as payback for what was taken from them. The greater tribe is led by Josias, housed in Paris, the smaller by his former pupil, the dissident Reece "Ra" Abshier located in London. But the Law of Other-earth is about to be exposed when Eloise Londin, a fashion photographer, one of the beautiful people, falls in love with Ra. Eloise is drawn into the gothic underworld of the scarred people and must confront Alyssa Abeu, Ra's jealous lover, and the army of Josias, led by Eamon, who have come to settle the score with Ra. And as the battle is brought into the visible world of Scars, Ra's tiny tribe is split as Alyssa tries to kill Eloise, and Ra fights Eamon and Josias' army.
