"Media for the masses, not the mainstream."

THE STORY:

Following a mediocre two years in NY as a stand-up comic and stage actor, MARTIN "GEDDY" GRIMM returns to L.A. for a one week stand-up engagement. He has enjoyed hanging with his L.A. friends, ZERO LUNT, BOOK, TERRY and WEB; however, Geddy's friends are still living their lives like it was the heydays of Punk Rock and Heavy Metal, making it hard for Geddy to reconnect with them. Add to this the tension of Geddy seeing his old flame LENORE "LENNY," now Terry's girlfriend, makes Geddy ready to head back to New York and try and patch it up with his latest ex Karen.

Getting together on the Geddy's last night in L.A., the five friends take two separate cars to see a sixth friend's band play. But fate has other things in mind as each of the two cars - Martin and Zero in one; Terry, Book and Web in the other - as they encounter mysterious biker babes, discover decapitated corpses, solve the mystery of a serial killer and combat extra-terrestrial refrigerators, all the while confronting the reality of their lives, relationships and the ghosts haunting them.

"Last Night In L.A." is a dark and surreal comedy about friendship, arrested emotional development, and the terrible reality of owning one's own life.
